** Residents include those in any post-doctoral program and students from any dental program. All residents and students must upload a letter from their program director/chair or dean of the school in order to register at the resident/student rate. All letters will be reviewed for authenticity to confirm eligibility. Member residents/students/associate graduates do not need to provide a letter. ***AAOM members enjoy a reduced registration rate. If you would like to become a member to enjoy the reduced registration, please apply here. However, note that membership applications are reviewed prior to approval, so please allow time for this process to complete before registering for the conference. Membership rates will not be applied retroactively. ****Attendee Guests are not eligible for CME credits. All registrants receiving CME credit must register separately and individually. Attendee Guest registration includes admittance to all scientific sessions and social events, except the President's Banquet and Reception, for which tickets may be purchased separately. Cancellations received through March 7th will receive a refund, less a $75 processing fee. Any cancellations received after March 7th will not be refunded (substitutions welcome). Cancellations must be received in writing.
