Olga Fermo, MD Dr. Fermo grew up in Connecticut and received her medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in Farmington, Connecticut. She completed one year of internal medicine training with Yale Univeristy School of Medicine before moving to Baltimore, Maryland to pursue a Neurology residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Afterwards she completed fellowships in Headache Medicine and Interventional Pain Medicine at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida before settling on the North shore as a headache and pain specialist at the Ochsner Comprehrensive Headache and Facial Pain Center. Dr. Fermo’s clinical interests include all aspects of headache, facial pain, neck pain, and chronic pain management, with a special emphasis on procedural headache and pain management and cerebrospinal fluid disorders.
